Caleb Petersen is a Senior Managing Director with RKF, specializing in landlord and tenant representation in the New York metropolitan area, as well as urban retail markets around the U.S.. Caleb is currently primarily focused on assisting retailers in their strategic expansions regionally and nationally.
Caleb has represented an impressive list of national retailers, including Rag & Bone, Oakley, The Frye Company, Aquatalia, Unilever, Global Brands Group, Marc Jacobs, Opening Ceremony, as well as international retailers J.Lindeberg, Paul Smith, Un de 50, Gianvito Rossi, Joe & The Juice, T2 and Furla.
Caleb recently secured space for Aquatalia, Gianvito Rossi, Mr. and Mrs. Italy and Mackintosh on Madison Avenue; The Frye Company stores at University Village in Seattle, Thompson Hotel in Nashville, SouthPark Mall in North Carolina and 144 Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District; and Journelle at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles. He also secured numerous locations for rag & bone, including the brand’s flagship location at 25 East Delaware Place in Chicago, 195 Greenwich Street in Greenwich, CT and 11814 San Vicente Boulevard in Los Angeles.
Caleb has also represented a prestigious list of owners, including Jamestown Properties, Rockpoint Group, LCOR, RFR Realty and Hines. On behalf of Jamestown Properties, he was involved in repositioning Chelsea Market and arranged a 16,153-SF lease there with Anthropologie and at One Jackson Square, leased 4,200 SF to TD Bank on behalf of RFR Realty and Hines.
Prior to joining RKF, Caleb was a top performer at CBRE. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Washington. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of New York and a member of International Council of Shopping Centers and Real Estate Board of New York.
