Glenn Beyer is a Senior Managing Director with RKF. He has 20 years of retail leasing experience representing owners, developers and tenants in Central and Northern New Jersey. Since joining RKF in 2009, he has grown his outreach in the industry by earning and maintaining his clients’ trust.
Glenn represents numerous landlords, including Toll Brothers City Living, Tucker Development Corporation, The LeFrak Organization, Scotto Properties, The Bollard Group, Normandy Partners and The Silverman Group. His most notable retail clients include Chipotle, PNC Bank, Visionworks, Pure Barre, Five Guys Burger and Fries, Doctors Express and Staples.
Under his leadership, Visionworks was able to secure high-profile locations in Rockaway, Shrewsbury, Clark and Union, NJ. He has arranged numerous locations with banks, including Clifton Savings Bank in Lyndhurst, Oritani Bank in Westwood, Ramsey, Clifton and Upper Montclair, Investors Savings Bank in Montclair, PNC Bank in Hoboken, Chase Bank in Whippany, New Bank in Fort Lee and TD Bank in Roxbury.
Recently, Glenn completed notable transactions for Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Princeton; Pure Barre in Florham Park; iPic Theatre in Fort Lee; CVS/pharmacy in Whippany and Fort Lee; The Sports Authority in Manalapan; Chipotle in Closter, Morris Plains and Madison; SoulCycle and Pet Supplies Plus in Short Hills; Golf Galaxy in East Hanover; Sherwin Williams in Hillsdale; and Goodwill Industries in Springfield and Fairfield. Glenn also represented Five Guys Burgers and Fries with their initial roll-out into North Jersey, securing 10 locations for the quick-service restaurant.
On New Jersey’s Gold Coast in Hoboken, Glenn leased over 60,000 SF of retail space at Maxwell Place on the Hudson and Hudson Tea on behalf of Toll Brothers City Living. Other notable Hoboken transactions in which he was involved include W Kodak Jewelers, Bright Horizons, Massage Envy, European Wax Center, Toni & Guy Salon, Apple Montessori, Hoboken Montessori, Cork Wine and Spirits, 16 Handles, Urban Jungle, Tutti Nails and Riverside Pediatrics.
Glenn’s recent notable transactions in Morristown total over 25,000 square feet and include leases with tenants, such as Panera Bread, Grassroots Natural Market, The Taco Truck, Millie’s Coal Fired Pizza, Aikou Japanese, J&K Steakhouse, Edward Jones, Boutique 161 and Morristown Pancake House. In Summit, Glenn arranged a 15,000-SF lease with West Elm at a high-profile downtown location.
Prior to joining RKF, Glenn was a retail broker with Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc.
Glenn earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Physical Geography from Kutztown University. He is a licensed salesperson in the states of New Jersey and New York and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
