Ross Berkowitz is a Senior Managing Director with RKF, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation in Manhattan. He began his career with RKF in 2007 as a college intern, joined the firm as a Canvasser in 2009.
Ross represents many institutional investors as well as families and individual investors of real estate and retail space. Ross has worked on behalf of SL Green Realty Corp., HUBBNYC, Stonehenge Partners, The Durst Organization and Atlas Capital Group, Heller Properties and Wharton Properties to name a few.
His recent notable transactions include the leasing of 1515 Broadway on behalf of SL Green Realty to Line Friends for a 4,629-SF lease and 1,314 SF of LED signage and KIKO Milano for 1,092 SF. On behalf of Durst Organization, Nordstrom Rack signed a 47,000-SF lease at 855 Avenue of the Americas. On behalf of SL Green Realty and Wharton Properties, he assisted in a 60,000- SF lease for NIKE’s flagship at 650 Fifth Avenue and on behalf of Atlas Capital, the Grand Ole Opry signed a 22,000-SF lease at 1604 Broadway. Recently, Ross represented Saje Natural Wellness who signed a 1,100-SF lease at 120 Prince Street and a 1,100-SF lease at 156 Columbus Avenue.
In addition, Ross has been involved in several investment sales transactions including the sale of 102 Greene Street to SL Green Realty Corp, 1231 Third Avenue to Thor Equities, 27 West 72nd Street to JTRE Holdings and 267 West 34th Street to Vornado Realty.

Ross earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. He is a licensed Salesperson in the state of New York and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
