Vicky Schara has more than 18 years experience in human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, benefits administration and policy development. She joined RKF in 2006 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, administration and facilities for the firm. Vicky works with RKF senior management to determine human resource strategies, priorities and processes that support operational effectiveness, corporate image and culture, and business profitability.
Prior to joining RKF, Vicky was an Employee Assistance Consultant for Harris Rothenberg, International. Among her many responsibilities, she advised the firm’s management and human resources professionals on how to improve response to behavioral health matters and supported the Employee Relations Hotline, where she managed employment-related concerns and complaints.
Previously, She was a Human Resources Director with FT Knowledge Financial Learning/ Pearson Education, a Human Resources Manager with Peter Marino + Assoc Architects and a Human Resources Generalist at Adecco (Formerly Ecco Staffing Services).
Vicky earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Scientific and Technical Communication from the University of Minnesota.
