Zach Mishaan joined RKF’s New York office in 2015, specializing in investment sales as well as retail leasing in the greater New York City area.
Zach’s roster of landlord clients has included Urban Edge, Jeff Sutton and Wharton Properties, Crown Acquisitions, A&H Acquisitions, Vornado Realty Trust, Acadia Realty Trust and Thor Equities. He has represented retailers that include AT&T, Duane Reade, Starbucks, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Exxon Mobil and Aldo in their expansions throughout the New York metro area.
Prior to joining RKF, Zach was a Senior Managing Director with Winick Realty Group for 12 years. There, he arranged more than 65 property sales and multi-million dollar leasing transactions that include the sale of 470 Broadway and subsequent lease with Aldo; the sale of 2202 Avenue U in Brooklyn and subsequent lease with Bank of America; the sale of a retail condominium at 160 Montague Street in Brooklyn and subsequent lease with AT&T; the sale of 163-30 Cross Bay Boulevard in Queens and lease with Duane Reade; and the sale of 2858 Steinway Street in Queens and leases with Duane Reade, New York Sports Club and Chase. Most recently, Zach arranged the procurement of the RedSky Capital assemblage in Downtown Brooklyn. He has also arranged over 30 lease transactions for Duane Reade and 15 leases for AT&T in the outer boroughs.
Previously, Zach worked in the apparel industry for 20 years, where he became familiar with the retail business.
Zach is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New York and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
