Fast Casual Italian Restaurant Chain Joins Related Group’s Dynamic New Live-Work Play Development on 36th Street in Doral, Florida
DORAL, FL —RKF, the country’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting services, announced today that it has secured a 7,910-square-foot lease for Vapiano, an Italian fast casual restaurant chain. The new location will open at City Place Doral, a new multi-building mixed-use development in Doral, Florida. Vapiano currently has one other location in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The brand’s second South Florida location is scheduled to open in early 2017.

In its new location, its largest in Miami-Dade County, Vapiano will occupy 2,000 square feet on the first floor and 5,910 square feet on the second floor of a new construction building. Designed by world-renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica, City Place Doral is one of region’s most exciting new developments designed to provide visitors and residents the ultimate urban live-work-play experience. Upon completion, City Place Doral will include 1,000 luxury residences and 300,000 square feet of retail space that will feature shopping, upscale dining, outdoor cafes and entertainment.
