Amsterdam-based Contemporary Fashion Retailer Joins Two Tree’s Riverfront Development at 76 Front Avenue

This is the fashion retailer’s third location in Brooklyn; the company’s first two stores both opened in Williamsburg.

Situated on the corner of Front Street and Washington Street, the building – known as 70 Washington Street – is a beautifully restored 12-story, 361,000-square-foot building that was built in 1916. Often referred to as the Clock Tower Building, it now includes 260 apartment units and condos on the top floors. The apartments have been lauded for their sweeping views of the Manhattan Bridge and East River.
DUMBO’s burgeoning residential and daytime office populations continue to drive demand for high-quality retail, restaurants and services.
